kids dressed in pioneer clothing holding a rope

Oklahoma's statehood date, November 16, was recognized by fourth graders during their annual Pioneer Day celebration! They traveled with their covered wagons, created dream catchers, made butter, sang/danced at a hootananny, enjoyed an old-fashioned lunch with homemade cobbler, and more! What a fun way to celebrate and honor our state!
