Chargers recognized all the people who bravely served our country at the Veterans' Day celebration. Mrs. Shryock shared about the Fallen Soldier table. Mrs. Thompson and Mrs. Clampitt told about some projects that the kindergarten and third grade students have been working on. They created cards and decorated rocks that were then placed in the rock garden at the VA Hospital. Three staff members who are veterans were recognized along with other guests in attendance who had served. The students (dressed in their red, white, and blue) sang a special song of thanks to the veterans. Later in the day, students were able to watch a slide show with many Chisholm relatives who have served our country. What a special day! Thank you to all veterans!
